Since 2010, she maintains a blog under the name Bonsai Cosmos, https://bonsaicosmos.blogspot.com , where she writes and shares her work, along with her YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/ElsaBoudouri , guiding many bonsai lovers both from Greece and abroad, and she is a founding member of the Greek Bonsai Forum www.mybonsai.gr .
She held various exhibitions, demonstrations, exhibition and contest jury assignments, critiques, workshops and private lessons to teach the art of bonsai in Greece, Italy, China, the USA (California, Texas and Florida), as well as in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico.
She participated in the international bonsai competition Black Scissors Bonsai Styling Video Contest - Lithuania 2016 where she won the 2nd place.
She had the honor to be accepted as one of the contestants of the Instructors’ Competition at Giareda, Italy in September 2021, where she arrived at the 4th place styling a Pinus sylvestris yamadori raw material.
From September 2016 until today, she lives, works, teaches and studies with her teacher Enrico Savini (Bologna-Italy) and his Progetto Futuro European Bonsai School.
She continues to share her work with all bonsai enthusiasts all over the world with the same passion and love as it was back then, when a girl at the age of 14 fell in love with a little tree while holding it for the first time in the palm of her hand.
